Building on the success of our first two events, GVA Devencore is pleased to present the 3rd Annual Curling Classic, once again proudly supporting Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Programs and improving the lives of kids with cancer right here in our community.
This event has sold out 2 years in a row, as there is limited space. Only 20 teams participate, 20 teams who come together to create one of the most memorable corporate events in the national capital region. Rocks and rinks, brooms and buttons, here a skip there a skip … laughter, smiles and a genuine good time had by all. But most importantly, over $17,500 was raised in support of Candlelighters in just two years!
GVA Devencore’s “Curling Classic 2008” is being held on Friday November 14th at the Rideau Curling Club, 715 Cooper Street in Ottawa.
This curling event will sell out, as it did last year. Join us on the ice for a great day sweeping and sliding. Enjoy a delicious lunch, the atmosphere and the company of your friends and colleagues.
